The turnover event was graced by key representatives from Therma South Incorporated and Aboitiz Power, as well as local officials, including the beloved Mayor Hon. Jose Nelson Z. Sala, Sr. and Miss Maria Cheryl D. Serenatas, the Center Administrator of SCMTAC.
The Toyota Vios will significantly improve SCMTAC’s ability to making training programs more accessible and efficient for the local population. The vehicle will also ensure the timely delivery of assessment services to a wider reach, especially in remote areas of Santa Cruz.
SCMTAC Center Administrator Miss Maria Cheryl D. Serenatas thanked the donors, emphasizing the importance of the vehicle in the center's operations.
The turnover ceremony, held in front of the Municipal Hall Facade, marks another milestone in the partnership between Therma South Incorporated, Aboitiz Power, and the local government of Santa Cruz. This initiative reflects the commitment of both companies to sustainable community development and the empowerment of local residents through skills training and education.
