In a bid to enhance the quality and effectiveness of its training programs, the Santa Cruz Manpower Training and Assessment Center (SCMTAC) personnel, along with the Center Administrator, recently conducted a Benchmarking Activity at CRAFT Learning Hub in Davao City. The visit, aimed at gaining insights and learning from a successful training institution, was an enriching experience that provided valuable information on innovative training methods and short-term courses.

During the benchmarking activity, the team was welcomed by the CRAFT Learning Hub’s management and staff, who provided an in-depth presentation of their various programs and training initiatives.
