The 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂 𝑪𝒓𝒖𝒛 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 successfully conducted a 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙉𝘾 𝙄𝙄 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙖 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙯 𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧. Held at the Therma South Incorporated compound, the training was designed to enhance the driving skills of participants and ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge on safety protocols and driving standards essential for their roles.
The training was expertly facilitated by Mr. Jimmy Sibonga, a seasoned trainer with vast experience in driving instruction. Mr. Sibonga’s engaging sessions covered vital topics including road safety, vehicle maintenance, defensive driving techniques, and emergency procedures, allowing the participants to improve both their theoretical knowledge and practical driving abilities.
The refresher course is part of an ongoing effort to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism within the workforce, ensuring that all drivers are well-prepared for their responsibilities and can contribute to a safer working environment. By keeping skills current, the course reinforces a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
